Who is Jesus?
If you come to anything we run at St John’s you’ll hear a lot about Jesus! That’s because we believe some pretty amazing things about him… For example we believe that even though he died on a cross 2,000 years ago, he came back to life and is alive today; we also believe that his life, death and resurrection provide the only lasting answer to all that’s wrong with the world; and what’s more, we believe he is coming back to earth one day soon and everyone who has ever lived will be affected when he does! Therefore, we are convinced no-one will ever ask you a more important question than the one Jesus asked, “Who do you say I am?”

What’s so special about the Bible?
Christians believe that the Bible is God’s inspired word, given to humans to write down. Written over 1600 years by about 40 different authors in 3 different languages it contains a stunning unified story centred around Jesus!
The Bible Society are passionate about people discovering the Bible’s life-changing message and have produced a number of helpful videos like this one.
