Almighty God, you show the light of your truth to those who are in error so that they may return into the way of righteousness: grant to all who are admitted into the fellowship of Christ's religion that they may reject everything that is contrary to their profession and follow whatever is in agreement with it, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Church staff team:

• Mike asks for prayer regarding “Rooted”, our new evening service, which started on Sunday 3 March. Please also start to pray now for our 200th anniversary mission which we are starting to plan for the autumn.
• Jon asks us to pray for administrators and Parish Safeguarding Officer. So much happens behind the scenes in these two areas, so give thanks for their hard work and pray for our preparation of the introduction of MyChurchSuite to the whole church this month. Give thanks for Helen Barber’s help processing DBS checks and safeguarding training.
• James prays that out of God's glorious riches he may strengthen us with power through his Spirit in our inner beings, so that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith. And pray that we, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that we may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God (Ephesians 3.16-19).Pray for a good start to the summer term of FNL and EQ. Pray that we’d see the heart of modern western morality in Jesus’ radical teaching in FNL, and that Genesis would answer some of our biggest questions in EQ. Finally, pray that MyChurchSuite is a helpful tool for connecting us better as Christ’s family, and that He’d help us to communicate well together.
• Teresa praises for all the seeds sown in our schools’ Easter events. Please pray they would bear fruit in time. Praise for the ministry of Pray Bake Read within our local schools. Please pray for a good rest over the holidays and for wisdom and time to prepare well for the coming term.
  
• Lewis appreciates healing prayers for his painful eczema, and for his parents to believe and trust Jesus Christ. Prayers also welcomed for the schoolwork in Hartford High School and County High Leftwich, and for more Hong Kong students whose parents are not Christians, to come to church and believe in Christ.
  
• Graham prays that all those who volunteer within the church, as well as the staff team, would be strengthened in their work.
• Karen prays for smooth migration of church administrative systems and the MyChurchSuite Sunday to be held on 28th April.
• Sarah gives thanks for this beautiful new Spring season, and asks that there will be more opportunities to evangelise with the improved weather and increased activity of the local community.
